Two double rooms, each with a south-facing balcony; two bathrooms with shower, bidet and WC; a cosy eat-in kitchen with sofa, round table, LCD satellite TV, dishwasher, oven and large fridge.
A small new house in the centre of Selva, yet in a very quiet and sunny spot. 150 m from the lifts, ski bus stop and supermarket, with two children's playgrounds right nearby. A large lawn and big car park in front of the house; the village's central underground car park is free to use. The Nives ski lift and the Ciampinoi gondola are a short walk away – both connect straight to the Sellaronda.

- Cancelling up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit is kept. Up to 7 days: 50 % of the rent. After that: the full rent.
