Three double rooms, each with a south-facing balcony; two bathrooms (one with shower, WC and washing machine, one with shower and WC); a cosy eat-in kitchen with corner bench, LCD satellite TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge.
A small new house in the centre of Selva, yet in a very quiet and sunny spot. 150 m from the lifts, ski bus stop and supermarket, with two children's playgrounds right nearby. A large lawn and big car park in front of the house; the village's central underground car park is free to use. The Nives ski lift and the Ciampinoi gondola are a short walk away – both connect straight to the Sellaronda.
